The top responsibilities of a Financial Service Representative are the following:

  • Develop leads for Life Insurance
  • Provide excellent customer care to current and potential clients assisting with bill payments, claim assistance and premium related questions in the areas of home & auto insurances
  • Schedule appointments, identify customer needs through probing questions and market appropriate products and services
  • Manage a book of assigned clients with daily activity requirements
  • Support clients through your developed knowledge of Insurance products helping people manage their risks

The people we are looking for:

  • Recent graduates from a Diploma in Business Insurance programs like the ones offered at Conestoga College, Mohawk College, Centennial College, Fanshawe College and Humber College. These programs are very aligned with the P&C Insurance industry and provide an excellent foundation and foot in the door for the full-time career opportunity!
  • People who have already achieved their LLQP (life license) or are willing to achieve this in order to be eligible - this takes some hard work and diligence to achieve but it is worth it to set your course for success in your career
  • Have worked in a customer service job previously and are passionate about talking to people and love to surpass the expectations of their customers
  • Have an earning mindset and want to establish themselves to grow and develop
