Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing
Location: Hamilton, ON | Salary: $53K-$55K + Benefits

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage order entry, coordinate sales support, and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Build relationships and expand business with new and existing clients
• Track and follow up on sales activity to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate daily with Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Production teams
• Generate quotes and support the sales team with Request for Quote documentation
• Expedite orders and oversee end-to-end fulfillment
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Maintain clear, organized records of projects and orders

What You Bring:

• 1-2 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Advanced Excel skills (strongly desired)
• Knowledge of inventory management and procurement principles (an asset)
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive resolutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics
• Reside within a 30-minute drive of Hamilton, ON
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (considered an asset)
