About the role: 


As the Administrative Assistant, you'll be the glue that holds the operations together. This is a hybrid role, offering the perfect mix of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility. From managing schedules and coordinating site visits to assisting with project documentation and client communications, you'll be at the heart of everything!

What You'll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with precision and professionalism
  • Manage the booking of conferences, events, and travel planning 
  • Assist with project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports, maintaining accuracy and organization
  • Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for clients, suppliers, and team members, delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
  • Help streamline processes and implement efficiencies to enhance productivity and drive results


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
