Warehouse Associate

 We are currently seeking an efficient and detailed-oriented Warehouse Associate for an industrial distributor located in Burlington, Ontario.

This company has over 50 years of experience helping companies get the parts they need to keep their equipment running smoothly. Their extensive inventory and wide selection helped grow their demand and serve businesses worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify the accuracy of inbound shipments
• Pick, Pack and Ship customer orders as per customers requirements
• Facilitate inventory movements and transfers
• Maintain an accurate record of inventory
• Participate in the cleanliness, organization, security and safety of the warehouse
• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Access to a vehicle is needed for transportation to and from the facility in Burlington. Public transportation is not easily accessible from the facility
• Knowledge of, or experience using, a Warehouse Management system (WMS) is an asset
• This position is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00 pm
