Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (F&O/Commerce)

We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (F&O/Commerce).

What you’ll be doing:

We are implementing Microsoft’s new cutting-edge e-commerce platform, Dynamics 365 Commerce. Built on Retail and leveraging Finance & Operations, this new platform extends the power of Microsoft’s flagship Enterprise Resource Planning system into the e-commerce space.

We are looking for a Functional Consultant to join our Microsoft D365 Commerce implementation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading customers through discovery and education sessions, designing solutions, configuring Dynamics, and coordinating with the PM, developers, and other project team members.

  • In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly the Retail and Commerce module

Main Qualifications technical & beyond:

  • As mentioned, 5+ years of relevant experience such as Commerce (Retail) experience in either D365 or AX 2012 as either a functional or technical resource, including a minimum of one full lifecycle implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O
  • POS experience is beneficial
  • 5+ years working directly with clients, facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions, advising on how best to implement and maintain complex projects, translating needs and requirements into solutions, and providing quality oversight through the entire project lifecycle experience.
  • Working knowledge of the following modules: Retail and Commerce, Product Information Management, Inventory Management, Sales and Marketing, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication, presentation, client relationship, and technical writing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field
  • Microsoft Dynamics Certifications are a plus
  • Ability to travel within North America
