  • Fabricate and assemble hoses using crimping equipment
  • Work with brakes, couplers, safety systems, and related trailer components
  • Use a wide range of hand and power tools daily
  • Reference assembly drawings and visual QC guides on shop computers
  • Test electrical, lighting, and hydraulic functions before completion
  • Troubleshoot fitment or assembly issues as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • 3-5 years of hands-on mechanical assembly or trailer/build experience
  • Strong comfort working with tools and mechanical systems
  • Experience with trailer wiring (12V systems) is a strong asset
  • Basic understanding of hydraulics (hoses, pumps, fittings)
  • Ability to read basic drawings or assembly instructions
  • Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving ability
  • Experience from trailer shops or similar environments is ideal (utility trailers, equipment assembly, etc.)
  • High school diploma preferred
  • those who love cars, motorcycles, have learned to tinker and fix their own -

Note: This role is not suited to fully licensed mechanics or overly technical/engineering backgrounds looking for design or diagnostic work.

What’s Offered

  • Competitive hourly pay: $30-$33/hr
  • Full benefits package (dental, vision, etc.)
  • Boot/safety allowance ($125/year)
  • All tools provided
  • On-site parking
  • Stable, long-term full-time employment
